ROYAL GARDEN RESORT 1404

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearence is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, less than 2 miles from Wild Water and Wheels Water Park, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

  Thank you for doing this consultation. We had a very good stay at the Royal Garden. I would have appreciated having access to the swimming pool throughout my stay, but I understand that there is maintenance to be done. Regarding the geographical location of the Royal Garden, for me it is very well located, because we play golf mainly in the south and in the center. The condo was clean when we arrived. I suggest the owner either load their couch or have it reupholstered, as the cushions are very soft and uncomfortable. Also we had difficulty with the internet which disconnected very often. The staff at the Royal Garden were very helpful and kind. We will be with you in October 2024 at the same condo.

  Enjoyed my stay, on everything but 1 the bedding mattress, were terrible, needs new more comfortable mattress, the existing one was worn out!, also one room a queen, one room a cramped single bed, plus the single room was too small! Both rooms should be queen size accommodation for two men especially. Other than that I will stay at royal garden resort.

  Incredible balcony view of the ocean! The unit was clean and well styled. At ground floor you have only a few steps to pool and then a few more to the beach.

  The condo is a little dated. We also rented 1406 and that one was superior. The door to the balcony is worn out. My 89 year old wife could not open it. The Adirondak plastic chairs are very difficult for elderly folks to get down on and get up from.

  The office went out of their way to correct any problems. The apartment was clean and well stocked.The only problem was the noise from owners working on their apartments and repairs to the building.

  We took a last minute trip to the beach over Memorial Day weekend and had a very enjoyable time. As frequent visitors to Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach we thought we would head a bit south and were rewarded with a lovely slice of beach near Garden City Beach. It was a very family friendly, beautiful beach and surrounding area. The condo was as nice as advertised and commensurate with the rate. Wonderful view and sounds of the ocean from the balcony.

  Royal Gsrden Resort is the perfect place to stay. My condo overlooked the ocean and was a perfect location to watch the Dolphins going north and south. Early in the morning I would the fishing boats marking their locations as they dropped their baskets and come back the next day for pickup. The staff of RGR was wonderful and their cooperation and consideration truly exhibited southern charm. The facility offers all of the amenities a person or family would want. Would I return for a three month winter stay - I can't wait

  the walls stayed wet in the hallway as did the tile floor and toward the end of our stay the refrigerator shelves had to be wiped down every time we opened the door because of standing water. The view was awesome as always and as returning guests we have always thought highly of the professional staff. We did encounter some difficulty with the elevators as we had 2 of our family with physical health issues and found the stairs difficult to use when going down to the pool/beach area. The one elevator that goes all the way to the ground floor would never come so that they just finally decided that it was easier to stay in the room all the time.
