ROYAL GARDEN RESORT 514

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo has been fully remodeled and is ready for you to enjoy. The condo is in Royal Garden Resort located in Garden City Beach. The Royal Garden Resort has large outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a hot tub, kiddie pool and bar/grill. In unit washer/dryer.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

  Royal Garden is our choice almost every time we visit Garden City Beach yearly,for decades. It is an older resort but nothing along the Grand Strand can beat the views, and every single room has an oceanfront view! The resort has both indoor and outdoor pools,great for rainy days. The proximity to Marshwalk, fantastic seafood in Murrells Inlet, Huntington Beach State Park, putt-putt golf, and Brookgreen Gardens, all places we love to go. Each condo in Royal Garden Resort is privately owned so some are amazing and others are so-so. It was so wonderfully quiet when we went there in the middle of June! We'll be back!

  We stayed at Royal Garden 514 and it was everything we were looking for. It was oceanfront with 2 bedrooms. We were staying there over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was so nice to relax. Our kids loved that it had an indoor pool which made rainy days that much more fun! The building is a little older and the parking garage is pretty tight but it had most everything you were looking for. I did read reviews prior to booking as the towel situation is the only thing I would remedy. They only provide the smallest white towels that even my 6 year old commented on. We brought our own beach and bath towels.

  Unit 514 is a beautiful condo. You cannot beat the ocean view. We did have a problem with the AC not cooling the unit but the staff was quick to respond and fixed the issue. We also found the tub in the Main Bathroom to be very slippery when taking a shower. Other than these two issues we had a great time and enjoyed the beach every day.

  The room has been beautifully remodeled. This is our 2nd stay here in the last year. The unit is small, but has so many built-in organization features that you do not even notice. Apple and Roku TV provided. They also have an old Nintendo console (one of the originals). There were no paper towels and we could have used a little more toilet paper, but I only mention those so future renters can plan. This was not a big deal. We plan to stay here again next summer. Absolutely LOVE this unit.

  We have been coming to Royal Gardens for 15 years and love Garden City. This Unit (514) has been beautifully updated to modern and clean decor. We were really disappointed the first night when we had been travelling all day with our four kids and were exhausted to find that there were no sheets for the pull out couch for two of our kids to sleep on. There were only twin sheets in the master closet and the office was not open. I had to lay down the twin top sheet and then I gave up my sheet for them to have. Not the way we wanted to spend our first night and probably should have asked for a refund for that night. Also, there was construction on the building right outside our door (obviously not the unit owners fault). That is understandable, but at 8am every day when people are paying to be on vacation was very frustrating. Overall, the unit itself is beautiful and you can never beat waking up to the ocean!

  We rented a newly renovated fifth floor condo right on the ocean. The condo was crisp and clean check in and check out was easy and everything went smoothly..
  There is always ample parking in the parking deck the corners are a little tight coming in but not a big deal once you get used to it.
