ROYAL GARDEN RESORT 407

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation and can be exchanged daily for fresh linens. Check-in is on site for easy and fast convenience .
The resort has a family friendly Beach Bar and Grill. The Beach Bar and Grill is a great place to enjoy a refreshing choice of premium liquors, wine, imported and domestic beers while overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

  The rooms were great and it was very clean. The view of the ocean was amazing. The only thing I didn't like about it was the parking.if you have trailer and bike it was room to park. I couldn't park my truck in the parking deck because it to high. But overall it did enjoyed my stay there.

  Absolutely no complaints from this seasoned traveler. The condo was well appointed, has been kept up nicely and offered amazing views of the ocean. Access to the pool and beach were quite simple and though it was a holiday weekend you still felt as if you had plenty of room on the beach.

  The Condo #407 was generally nice, it was dated and the wallpaper was falling off in places. The twin beds in the small bedroom were not comfy cause you could feel the springs when you layed down on beds. It was good to be on 4th floor-didnt get a lot of the pool noise. We loved that it was pretty quiet, couldn't hear people walking by at night. Loved he washer/dryer in condo-we were in town for a softball tournament so it helped a lot. The kitchen did have everything we needed. The only thing I had to do was buy glass cleaner. Housekeeping had not cleaned the glass tables and end tables in living room-also cleaned the mirrors in the condo. I also had other families that stayed here and e were happy about the bar also-convenient! Love the beach!

  We always have a good stay every year.. The only complaint plants is wen we would wash cloths sewer water would come out the master bathroom sink wen the water would drain out .... & another thing the smaller bathroom wen u take a shower it’s impossible for water to not get on the floor ... bed mats it change the shower head ..

  We booked this rental only a few short weeks before our stay and really lucked out. The location of Royal Garden is great. The condo itself was nice but outdated with wallpaper peeling off the wall and a leaking sink. We told the office about the issues but never saw anyone to check on them. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. There were several items stuck under the bed and in the sofa bed that proved the cleaning wasn't the best. The kitchen was well equipped and the size was great for our family.

  Loved the view from the condo! Staying at RGR is better than a hotel with more privacy if you have kids. Interior of 407 is semi-updated and comfortable. Parking garage is difficult to maneuver. Bathrooms are small. Pools were clean. Grill Restaurant on site was nice and food rate reasonable. Would stay again!

  407 condo was great! Very clean and very comfortable, however I would update mattresses. Very well decorated and location was fantastic! Has everything you need and the view from balcony is breathtaking! Very nice staff and the pool maintenance guys were on top of their game! Having a small child with us it was a great relief knowing the pools were well taken care and cleaned everyday. Game room needs updating and ice cream shop was a little disappointing. Overall, great place to enjoy a great vacation! Loved condo 407!
