ROYAL GARDEN RESORT 403

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This one bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool, and hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

  The new is amazing, the room is spacious! You literally go down the elevator and take a few steps and you are on the beach. Beach chairs were also in the closest. It was so relaxing. I just can’t wait to stay there again. I liked that parking was in a parking garage but it was a very tight fit for my husband’s big truck but we got through it.

  This was an outstanding place to stay while I was transitioning from one house to another(new house wasn’t ready yet). I stayed for two months. The price was excellent. The room was very clean and well equipped with everything I needed. No need to bring my house with me...which was great that I could concentrate on just living my everyday life seamlessly. It is still a very nice vibe during the winter as many snow birds are here and are very friendly as well as the entire staff. Of course the view is spectacular. It never gets old! Thank you for such a nice experience. I loved the unit!

  Everything was great except for the dishwasher. After many efforts to get it going, it finally did, but we had a few things that needed to be washed and left in the dishwasher before we left and there was only one packet of dishwasher. Knowing that would be the case, we went to get some dishwasher detergent (the new kind that is not liquid). So, before we left we loaded it with (thankfully) a few things and once again tried to get the dishwasher to work. It wouldn't this time, so we washed the dishes by hand with some Dawn (we bought that as well the day before) and put those items up so we would leave no dirty dishes and pans.
  
  Bottom line, it needs to be fixed. The "working" light would come on briefly, but the washer would not come on except for that one time. Also, more than one packet of detergent that was there was not enough.

  Neat cozy condo. Great view on the 4th floor. Quiet and all the guest were friendly. Condo was Clean, but Recliner was broken and TV difficult to work due to multiple controls and no directions. Bed was small and bedroom was tiny. Check-in was easy and ample parking. Beach had easy access and restaurants were close by. Elevators were often crowded but were adequate.

  Beautiful view, easy check -in on the property with plenty of parking. We enjoyed the full kitchen with the Kroger grocery a short drive away. Easy access to the beach with outside showers to wash away the sand. It was a great family atmosphere.

  I stayed at Royal Garden for a week in September. The weather was perfect and my condo was clean and neat. The manager was very helpful at check in and check out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed he pool and the quiet beach. This condo is located close to Murrells Inlet so I shopped at Harrelsons seafood and cooked most of my dinners. I did eat at Lee’s Inlet Kitchen and Wahoos and both were excellent. I would highly recommend Royal Garden to anyone wanting a nice friendly place to stay that is away from the downtown crowd.
  The owner should be aware that the kitchen is not very well equipped for someone wanting to cook meals at home. There was not a decent sharp knife in the drawer and there were not many pots and pans. The ones provided were very poor quality. No blender or crock pot either. The mattress in Bedroom was miserable. Extra sheets for pull out bed were for twin bed and couch is double bed size. There was no dish detergent to hand wash dishes. I would probably choose another condo because of location, friendly staff and feeling safe in the area.

  Great location with beachfront balcony with fantastic view. Sea Breeze was easy to work with and check-in/check-out went smoothly. Only negatives were parking in the garage was difficult and it seemed like there were more guests using the garage than there were spaces, so parking was hard to find at times. Unit was clean but drapes were very old and stained and the supplies in the kitchen were minimal - no paper products, trash bags, coffee filters, etc. and only one small paring knife in the entire kitchen. Enjoyable trip with amazing views, but be prepared to bring EVERYTHING you will need.
