This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This one bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

I was very happy with the decor of this unit (212) it was very clean and well maintained. I did not experience any deficiencies with this unit. The indoor pool and hot tub are great for relaxing out of the beaming hot sun. Overall for a 35 year old building it still looks great!

Our stay in 212 was fine. I would suggest with a floor like that with heavy tile, not smooth or easy to clean should have a good scrubbing with a floor unit at least 2-3 times a year. A sponge mop will not do the job! I put the plastic flowers anyplace I could find as they occupy places renters need!

We stayed at the Royal Gardens Resort last year in the unit next to 212. This year we stayed in unit 212 and found it by far better that the unit from last year next door. The unit was well maintained and had up to date features. Only thing i would recommend is a DVD/BluRay player in the bedroom.

Unit was clean and comfortable. If I were staying for a week I would have been disappointed with the kitchen supplies and the bedding. I recommend bringing your own sheets and pillows! Parking can be difficult, especially if you have a big vehicle. Each unit is individually owned so condition varies. Some people in our group found their room to be unacceptable and went to a different hotel.

The location was great! However when we arrived the room smelled horribly. So bad that we immediately had to go to the store and get some air freshner. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. You woke up every morning with a neck and back ache. It seems as if the bed is just very old, so that should be replaced soon. Otherwise it was a nice room.
